2.采用上下双层梁结构， 翻斗机构采用移动式，可以在多条运输线上进行卸运。
3.链斗机构采用丁字斗，可正反向卸车，提高卸车效率。
4.走行减速机具有体积小、输出扭矩大、使用寿命长等特点。
5.胶带机落料装置部件采用密封伸缩溜料管，减少皮带落料过程中产生扬尘。
6.设置有超载限制器、起升高度限位器、大车缓冲器、运行行程限位器及安全防护罩等装置，安全性能优异。
