One XK2740 and two XK2420 gantries covering travels suited for integral trolley frames, pulley beams, main and end beams, and balance beams.
Twin-torch gantry welding center
Twin-torch submerged-arc lines for main and end beams; dual-wire main-beam welding and automated seam tracking for curved and variable sections; two-position ship welding for end beams for superior fillet quality.
