Products & selection
How do I choose capacity and span for an overhead crane?
Consider load, duty class (A5–A8), building span, lift height, and cycles per day. Share workshop drawings and process loads—Weihua engineers can help size the crane. Standard lines support FEM/ISO classes and floor, radio, or cab control.
Do you support custom builds and smart upgrades?
Yes. Options include anti-sway, precision positioning, vision, and integration with MES/WMS. Typical scopes cover automated warehouse cranes, metallurgy cranes, and port machinery packages.
What is the typical delivery time?
Standard bridge and gantry cranes are often 8–16 weeks depending on configuration and backlog. Large port or special projects need a dedicated schedule. After order confirmation you receive production and inspection milestones.
Delivery, installation & acceptance
Do you provide installation supervision and commissioning?
Yes—supervision, commissioning, and load testing can be included. Scope (person-days, travel) is defined in the contract. We can also train your crew to install per Weihua procedures.
Which standards apply for acceptance?
Per contract—commonly GB/T, FEM, ISO, or sector rules. Before shipment we run no-load, static, and dynamic tests and supply full documentation and certificates.
After-sales & spare parts
How long is the warranty? How do I request service after it ends?
Warranty length is contract-specific, often 12–24 months on the complete crane. After warranty, contact the 400 hotline or regional service network for remote support, on-site visits, and spare parts worldwide.
Can we sign an annual maintenance agreement?
Yes. Annual plans cover scheduled inspections, lubrication, wear checks, and preventive recommendations to extend life and reduce unplanned downtime.
Commercial & partnership
How do overseas projects handle payment and logistics?
We support LC, T/T, and common Incoterms (FOB/CIF, etc.). Logistics can include sea, land, and unloading at destination. Export packages include English documentation and third-party inspection when required.
How do I request a formal quotation?
Use the website Contact form with capacity, span, lift height, and environment, or email sales@weihua.com. Sales and engineering typically respond within 1–3 business days.
