Weihua Group has officially launched its next-generation intelligent crane series, combining artificial intelligence, IoT connectivity, and precision drive control to deliver safer, more efficient, and easier-to-maintain heavy-lifting solutions for manufacturing, logistics, and energy applications.
A flagship feature is the AI-powered safety monitoring system. Multi-camera vision fused with sensor data detects personnel intrusion, abnormal load swing, and limit deviations in real time, triggering audible/visual alarms and automatic speed reduction or shutdown to significantly reduce accident risk from human error.
On the maintenance side, a built-in predictive engine analyzes operational data to assess the health of wire ropes, brakes, gearboxes, and motors, forecasting remaining service life and recommending proactive service—helping users cut unplanned downtime by up to 40%.
Auto-positioning and anti-sway modules support semi-automatic and fully automatic modes. Integrated PLC and variable-frequency control coordinates bridge, trolley, and hoist motion to shorten lifting cycles and improve line throughput. Local cab operation and remote monitoring are both supported for smart-factory integration.
The new series has passed type testing and safety certification and is available for global inquiries with custom configurations. Weihua will continue investing in R&D to advance digital, intelligent, and sustainable lifting technology.
